Anti Open Science Coalition (PRISM) doesn’t know copyright
I’m not going to delve into the PRISM story and how they are trying to fend off the Open Access/Science movement that is growing by the day.
So, I’d like to call your attention to this post over at boingboing that happened to notice something strange in the photos used at the PRISM website. They were using copyrighted photos with small watermarks embedded (Hoping that we’d probably miss them?!) without actually giving proper attribution.

If these photos were provided openly, maybe you wouldn’t have made a fool out of yourselves and things would have been easier, right? Get the picture!? ;)
The website has now been altered and doesn’t have the watermarks but rather small copyright info next to each photo. Guess this means they are listening to what we are saying to and about them.
