Like many of Google’s great tools, I enjoy using Google Docs, especially the spreadsheets.

Today, when I popped into my Google account I noticed the “New features” and thought, what now!? Powerpoint!?

Although there is great Powerpoint integration in Gmail for attachments, slideshows are not yet part of Google Docs family. What are the new features you ask? Well, it’s mainly a redesign with a new sleek look, a new browser thingy to organize your folders and some neat tricks for spreadsheets.

Since I mostly use the spreadsheets, I’ve noticed the small improvements over time (like the announced charts!!) and the web app just keeps getting better. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially if you have to share the document with others.
