A little belief can go a long way…
I’ve just finished reading this book by John Brockman called What We Believe but Cannot Prove: Today’s Leading Thinkers on Science in the Age of Certainty.
Although sometimes lingering between some fairly far-fetched ideas and never-to-be discovered happenings, I found this to be an interesting read as a whole.
The editing could have been a big more precise as there were various similar ideas expressed by different scientists and psychologists that didn’t really need to be repeated.
Even though they are all great minds and some would probably not like to be left out.
In lack of a group of thinkers to chat with, I found this book to be a good companion to an afternoon of mental idea exchanging and some mind openning concepts.
So, as to end this small and rough review, I believe that this could be an even better book of non-provable ideas, but I cannot prove it!
You can find a copy of the book at any major book seller.
