Like I’ve said before, the Texas Instruments TI-89 can be used for much more than just what it states in the manual.

While searching through the archives at TiCalc.org, I noticed that there are a few small apps related to molecular biology, more precisely DNA, RNA and Amino acids.

Take a look:

Although they may seem to be a bit useless on a calculator, they may help to understand some of the concepts visually.
